I am a dedicated nonprofit leader with 35 years of experience including 25 years as a successful fundraiser. I am a creative thinker and excel at building long term strategic partnerships between nonprofits, corporations, foundation, and individuals. I am a current board member and committee co-chair for the Virginia Association of Fundraising Executives (VAFRE). I have served as an officer with the Ginter Park Neighborhood Association board and developed the Ginter Park Garden Walk to benefit the Urban Forestry Program. I participated in the selection committee for The Valentine's Richmond History Marker Awards. As a 2016 graduate of Leadership Metro Richmond, I have participated in many nonprofit projects including mentoring with Partnerships for the Future and StoryCorps.
I live in the City of Richmond and enjoy visiting museums, gardening, and restoring older homes. My favorite color is pink, and I can recite the lyrics to just about every song from the 1980s. And yes, that is me on a Lamborghini tractor at the Keystone Truck and Tractor Museum. (I had permission from the curator!)
